By completing the six66 registration process, accessing the Platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six66 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
The six66 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any six66 service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. six66 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification, and any winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the six66 platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. six66 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in your specific location. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful before registering or placing any bets. six66 shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Player's breach of applicable local law.
six66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active six66 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. six66 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep such information updated. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. six66 shall not be responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six66 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. You must notify six66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. six66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
six66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by six66 in its reasonable business judgement. Players may also close their accounts voluntarily by contacting six66 support.
six66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available methods and applicable limits may be updated at six66's discretion without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. six66 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. six66 processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section at the time of request. six66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method belonging to the same account holder.
The six66 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, transaction values, and displayed odds are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees where applicable are the Player's responsibility.
All bets placed on the six66 platform are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, market, or casino game. Bets are binding once confirmed. six66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed in circumstances where a technical malfunction has materially affected the integrity of the transaction.
Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, international fixtures, UFC, and other events offered on the six66 platform, are governed by the applicable sports betting rules made available in the Help section. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at six66's sole discretion and may be suspended at any time. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body.
Casino games, including live dealer games and RNG (random number generator) games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. RNG games use certified random number generators. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected round.
six66 reserves the right to apply maximum win limits on any bet, game, market, or promotion. Where applicable, maximum win limits will be communicated within the relevant product section or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be capped at the stated maximum.
All bonuses and promotions offered by six66 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include: a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus or bonus plus deposit must be wagered before withdrawal), a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed, eligible game or market restrictions, and a maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings where applicable.
six66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion in circumstances where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting using six66 bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional terms unfairly. Such conduct also constitutes a breach of these Terms.
six66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions in progress will be communicated to affected Players. Players who have already met the qualifying conditions of a promotion will have their existing qualifying status honoured.
The six66 Coin system awards loyalty points for qualifying real-money wagers placed on the platform. Coins are awarded at rates determined by six66 and displayed in the Coin section of the platform. The Circle VIP programme provides tiered benefits based on accumulated activity. Coin earn rates, redemption values, Circle tier thresholds, and associated benefits are subject to change at six66's discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
Coins and Circle tier status have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the six66 platform redemption mechanisms. Coins accumulated from bonus activity may be subject to separate earn rates as disclosed in the relevant promotion terms. Upon account closure for any reason, unspent Coins and Circle status are forfeited without compensation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six66 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
six66 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be in breach of this clause, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and report conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
six66 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. six66 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical malfunction. six66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The six66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. six66 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.
six66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their accounts before the effective date of the change.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which six66 is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the six66 platform, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting six66 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body in six66's jurisdiction of operation. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary.
